Paper Issues: April: Free File Free-for-all!

Hi Friends!

Welcome back for more Paper Issues awesomeness!
Today I am sharing my take on the Free Files Free-for-all challenge!

Paper Issues have SO many awesome free cut files for you to download!

One of my all-time favorites is the Cherish Florals set - it looks like this....

So gorgeous, huh?!

So many possibilities from just one file!

I have used that sweet butterfly for my project today -

Here's my layout....

"Beautiful"

Oh isn't this beautiful, indeed!

I have combined our Cherish Florals butterfly with the super pretty Cocoa Vanilla Studio Bohemian Dream collection for this gorgeous mother-daughter page! Love it!

Such a happy day spent with my darling girl!

To recreate this look, simply enlarge the butterfly and back the cut file with pattern papers.

Super simple, but oh so effective!

Here's a few close ups for you......

That cut file is really something! And teamed with all those pretty blooms, it just shines!

Those florals are SO pretty!

And who doesn't love a butterfly flair button?!

Or a chipboard title....

To make my title more visible, I have used Shimmerz Paints: Vibez in Princess beneath it.

Just gorgeous!

Paper Issues cut files really add that 'wow' factor!

I hope you feel inspired by my creation today!

If you haven't added this cut file to your library yet, what are you waiting for?!!

Paper Issues: January Free File Friday #1

Hi Everyone!

Welcome back for a new year of fabulous FREE cut files with Paper Issues!

I LOVE all the incredible cut files that Paper Issues has on offer,

& there are so many new ones appearing in the store all.the.time!!!

The first cut file challenge for January is all about numerals.

Use a numeral cut file OR use any cut file and add numerals to it. Easy!

Here's what I came up with......

"Oh You 2"

Isn't this the sweetest?!!

I have used the gorgeous Amy Tangerine: Hustle & Heart collection for this happy page.

I just love the bright & fun colours and patterns in this line.

The title is made from Dear Lizzy Thickers, and you'll spy that I used the number '2' over the edge of my cut file butterfly. Super cute!

The floral cut file & butterfly are just stunning!

They're from the Cherish Florals file, which looks like this......

SO divine!

Download this cut file HERE for free! (No purchase required)

Here's a better look at them in action.....

That floral is too cute for words!

They really are such simple & beautiful cuts!

To create a little more dimension to this 'clean' look, I used foam tape beneath the floral cut for added interest.

- I LOVE YOU BEYOND MEASURE -

Perfect sentiment!

Adore this super happy page documenting my fave 2!

Paper Issues: August Free File Friday #2

Hi Friends!

Welcome back for the second installment of Paper Issues

Yay!!! Love me some FREE cut files!

This edition is all about the fabulous FREE background cut files in the Paper Issues store!

Here's what I came up with,

"Feeling All The Feels"

All the heart eyes for this layout!!!

I just adore it!

From the photo, to the cut file background and that fresh colour palette - I LOVE it all!

I have used Amy Tangerine's On A Whim collection and combined it with the awesome

Mark Your Spot cut file ( shown below ).

SO awesome! & you can get this FREE file here

Wanna see more?

Here's a few close ups.....

How awesome are the chipboard stickers in the On A Whim line?!

I couldn't stop myself from singing Katy Perry's "Feels" song while I glued them down, lol!

You'll also spy some Pinkfresh Studio: The Mix No.1 embellishment collection here too!

The two collections coordinate beautifully together to create this fresh, fun look!

I have paper pieced some of the hearts as well as a couple of the circles, to break up all the white in the cut file, and to add interest.

I then fussy cut some hearts from an Amy Tangerine 3 x 4 card, and layered them over my cut file.

The Pinkfresh puffy hearts added to this cool layering effect too!

So much awesome!

LOVE this cut file and how effective the background is to my overall design!

Hope you liked my layout too!
