With the formalities out of the way, let's take a look at what I've created for this release!

First up is this 8.5" x 11" scrapbook page of my darling girl...

Sigh, so super pretty!

Let's take a closer look at this gorgeous & girly page....

Those Creative Cut Outs: Nested Wreath pieces are errrrrything!!! SO good!
I couldn't resist hand coloring some of them with my Altenew Watercolor 36 Pan Set.
I used shades of blue & teal to coordinate with the Altenew Teal Shadow Washi Tape, and to compliment the background colors in my sweet girl's photograph. I used the smallest wreath as a frame for my photo, which I then backed with a fussy cut floral from the Summer Garden 6 x 6 Paper Pack. I cut apart one of the larger wreath pieces to create the appearance of a vine, travelling down my page. For finishing touches I added a sprinkling of the Shades of Purple Enamel Dots - so pretty!

Ga, ga, gor-jus!!!

Here's another memory keeper's delight featuring the new Celebrate scrapbook collection...

Oh how beautiful!

Let's take a closer look....

Those fussy cut florals combined with the Nested Wreath pieces are just too lovely for words!!!

I used The Alphabet Stencil & a white gel pen to create those sweet XO's - so simple, & so effective!

The Warm & Cozy Enamel Dots adorn the wreaths beautifully, and I used the Tropical Forest Enamel Dots to accent my treasured photo! Perfect!

Time to share a couple clean & simple cards!
First is this soft and sweet number....

So delicate and divine!

Beautiful card creating made super quick & easy with the Geometric Landscape Stencil!

My second card is a lil inky fun....

La la LOVE this!!!

That Trellis Stencil is just superb! I inked mine up with the Deep Blue Seas Mini Ink Cubes to create a striking background for my card. So stunning!

And there you have it!
Beautiful creating with the fabulous new releases from Altenew!

& let's not forget the awesome digitals....

Yay!!!
It's another month of Elle's Studio awesomeness!

Time to share what I've created with these fabulous products so far!
First up, is a calm and peaceful page of our favorite beach....

"Summer Dreaming"

So soft & dreamy!
Paradise has definitely been found!

Other: Bazzill Cardstock - Avalanche, sequins.

Inspired by the serenity, and colors in my photograph, I knew I would create something very crisp and fresh! The teals & blues in the July Kit were the perfect choice!

The Navy Dipped Puffy Alphabet Stickers remind me of the ocean, they're really somethin', aren't they?!

With such a special photo, it seemed fitting to back it with that 'noteworthy' PL card. I also tucked in a few more of the July Kit note cards, as well as those cute Summer Chipboard Stickers. LOVE!

Such a beautiful page to document your fave Summer location!

For my second project, I have opted for something quite different.
I wanted to showcase the versatility of the Elle's Studio products by documenting a Winter scene with this Summer themed kit.

"Wild & Free"

How awesome is this Great Outdoors page?!
SO cool!

Other: Bazzill Cardstock - Avalanche, Staz-On Black.

I just LOVE how this turned out!
Everything about this page evokes those camping & great outdoors vibes!
And how awesome is the new Bright Polka Dot Paper?!

As always the Elle's Studio stamps are winning my heart, and the Wild At Heart stamp is perfect for documenting your camping trips and outdoors destinations!
The Adventure Wood Veneers are wowing me too....

That superb 'adventure' banner veneer inspired the use of banners in my page design - so cool!

Awesome!

I think you'll agree that the Elle's Studio July Kit and new releases are must-haves!

Elle's Studio: Product Spotlight - June Digitals!

Hi Friends!

Welcome back for more Elle's Studio inspiration!
Today I am shining the product spotlight on the fabulous June 2020 Printables aptly titled, Summer Snapshots.
It's no secret that I LOVE the versatility of digital products,
but when combined with the awesome colors and designs that Elle is famous for, well, it needs no explanation!
Happy crafting days!
But enough chatter, here's what I created with the June 2020 Printables,

"Summer Snapshots"

Other: Bazzill Cardstock - Avalanche, Stamping Ink - Black, Light Blue & Mint, Sewing Machine Stitching, Pom Pom Trim, & Sequins.

Oh.my.stars! Quite literally, all those stars!
Such a delicate & divine approach to Summer documenting.
Perfect for that sweet photo of my darling boy, when he was just a toddler, nawww!
Let's take a closer look.......

So soft & dreamy!
As soon as I saw the Summer Snapshots journaling tag with the large star on it, I knew I would create something magical! I individually selected this journaling tag in my Windows software, pressed print, and chose to print 4 copies of it in the 9 x 13cm size, in the Print Pictures screen.
Once printed, I used a craft knife to cut out one of the star shapes, and backed this card with my photo. This created a fabulous frame and focal point for my photograph.

Such a simple idea, and yet so effective! Love it!
Inspired by this star, and a love of fussy cutting, I cut around the remaining 3 stars ensuring the mint green color outlined each one. I love repetition in design, and I couldn't help but use all the stars! I fussy cut the small blue stars from one of the 6 x 4 journal cards from the June Kit and adhered them with foam tape throughout my layout. I also used that star label die cut to mount one of the sentiments from the Chipboard Star Stickers too!

The star pattern paper from the Summer Fun 6 x 8.5" Paper Stack didn't stand a chance, and naturally, I had to feature it. With the presence of so much blue in my page, I revisited the Summer Snapshots Printables. I printed, then cut out, the blue 'Summer Snapshots' journal card. I foam mounted this fussy cut sentiment and created my layout title.

This awesome title then inspired the use of banners throughout my layout.
I trimmed the star pattern paper into a pennant style banner, which I then layered my framed photo onto. I also used the gray polka dot paper from the Summer Fun pack, and crafted an over sized banner label which I adhered to my white cardstock base.
I machine stitched the blue star banner onto the polka dot one, and then continued to adorn my scrapbook page with stars and banners.

For a finished and polished look, I completed my layout with a mix of color coordinating sequins from my stash, and those amazing Summer Fun Stamps! I stamped the stars in mint and pale blue inks, and used black ink for my 'summer tradition' journaling.

Who would've thought that the humble pocket card printable could be so amazingly beautiful
 (& versatile)?!
I hope I have given you some new ideas on using the wonderful Elle's Studio Digitals in your everyday documenting, and that you feel inspired!
