Whoa! What a terrific mix of crafters to get you inspired!

Speaking of inspiration, here's my project...

"Happy" - 12x12 scrapbook layout

Oh how fun! I love the Spring vibes that this page evokes! I've mixed the gorgeous Build-A-Flower: Indian Lotus with the Altenew Enjoy The Ride Scrapbook collection to create this sweet scrapbook page. So fresh, and contemporary and perfect for documenting my son playing in the rock pools! I have also used the sentiments in this stamp set to add some journaling to my page too!

Altenew Supplies Featured: Build-A-Flower: Indian Lotus, Permanent Black Crisp Dye Ink, Cherry Blossom & Pocketful Of Sunshine Mini Dye Ink Cube Sets, Sunshine Valley Garden Artist Alcohol Markers Set F, Enjoy The Ride Scrapbook Collection & Tea Party Enamel Dots.

Let's take a closer look...

Those Lotus blooms are errrrrrything!!! SO pretty, and just like the ones found near our home.
Here's how I made them...

I stamped the outline in Permanent Black Crisp Dye Ink, followed by layers of Citrus Burst and Rubellite ink cubes. To soften the colors, and make them appear more realistic, I blended these stamped blooms with Pink Diamond Artist Alcohol Marker.
For finishing touches, I added one last layer of Rubellite ink over the bloom to really make those details pop!
For the lily pads, I used all 4 shades of the green markers included in the Sunshine Valley Garden Artist Alcohol Markers Set F.
A really simple stamp & color technique that looks so effective!
Here's a closer look...

So gor-jus!!!

Simply stunning, and perfect for all types of paper crafting!
I hope my scrapbook layout has inspired you today!
