Getting Arty with Imaginarium Designs!

Hi everyone!
Welcome back for more chipboard sensationals!
Today I am seriously Getting My Art On!
I  have been so busy of late that I haven't been doing much creating for 'me'.
Infact, I have 2 awesome kits from A Piece Of Cake Designs barely opened...  :(
- Not happy Jan -
So, enough of that whingy rutt;
time to pull out those fabulously awesome kits,
my inks, sprays, paints, and gesso
& get creating with my favourite chippies!
*BLISS*
Finally, time to play!

Here's what I got a lil painty with....

"#Go Happy"  layout

Yep, I really needed a creative outlet, lol!

How awesome is this page?!!!
I can't even begin to tell you how good it felt to just 'play'!
& those chipboards.... DIVINE!
Loving that new geometric squares border - coming to the shop soon! ;)
And let's not forget that awesome paper and embellishments from A Piece Of Cake Designs - YUM!

Lots of yummies on this page - let's take a closer look.....

Love all those golden touches!
The chippies have been inked, and then in select areas I've added some gold embossing powder for extra love....
This effect is really awesome & makes my chipboard pop!

It also compliments those gold foil and sequin embellies too.....

Some cool stamping here too....

But that photo and those way to cool chipboards are definitely the page makers!
LOVE it!

Squares Border (coming soon!)

Swirl Corners 4 per board

Imagine happy believe in a board

Next up, I want to share with you a lil page I like to call, "Ode to Louise Nelson"
(even though it is a page capturing my Miss M)

My twist on Louise's signature artistic style & (hopefully) honuring her gorgeous work!
Oh, and did I mention those fabulous arty hearts and circular chippies are from Loolabelle's new designer collection?
She is such an amazing creative!
I really do hope she knows how much she inspires us all!
Here's a closer peak at her awesome *coming soon* chipboard.....,

Gorgeous, huh?!
I treated Lou's chippies with my Faber-Castell Gelatos & then glossy accented that focal heart.
(I love the effect that layering the chipboard creates too!)
Louise's chippies always work well with mixed media creations - fun, playful and just a lil artsy!
Keep an eye out for these cool hearts coming this month!
And that cute flair, stickers and sequins - A Piece Of Cake Designs - of course!

My final layout that I am sharing today isn't created from my unopened kits, but rather from my other fave Kaisercraft stash.
& it's a lil more gritty and grungy......

"Remember A - U Rock"

How cool is this?!
More inky, stampy, drippy paint mess! Love it!
& lots of chippie awesomeness here too.....

Love those hexagons - such a strong geometric design for boy pages!
I've kept them quite simple with matte finish inks and one with pattern paper. My words and title have the same ink, then a coat of Glossy Accents to help them stand out just a little more.
Here's another view.....

Such a very cool page for a very cool boy!
