Studio Fourteen40 Meets Kraft Plus!

Hi Everyone!

I am super excited to share with you that Studio Fourteen40 are sponsoring our friends over at Kraft Plus this month!

I decided to use some of the tassel planner clips, as well as the limited edition Wild Spirit Kit for my take on the challenge.

Here's what I came up with.....

"Wild & Free"

I know, how fun is this?!! 

The Wild Spirit Kit is just perfect for scrapbooking my two lil adventurers with!

& those tassels!

Aren't they the sweetest?!!! I will be ordering more of these lovelies for my future projects, and my pretty planners ;)

Let's take a closer look....

The very cool tee pees are one of my favourite items from the Wild Spirit Kit - they are just too much fun! And the flair, well they speak for themselves! FABULOUS!!!

Let's take a closer look at that lower cluster.....

Love this! Apart from that tassel clip, everything you see in this cluster is from the Wild Spirit Kit. Awesome, huh? That sweet flair, the packaging twine, the tag, those words....LOVE them all!!!

But the challenge is all about tassels, right? 

So here's some more.....

I should probably tell you that as well as looking lovely, the tassels are all handmade from the softest bamboo thread and feel amazing to touch! Oh yeah, and that cool design on the flair - one of my absolute faves & exclusive to the Wild Spirit Kit!

Studio Fourteen40: Hello Sunshine!

Hi Friends!

I know, its been a while since I blogged for Studio Fourteen40!

 After the all the hype for the big Wild Spirit Collection & Kit release, 

I have been enjoying some quiet crafting for myself & playing along with a few challenges!

I created this layout for a  Paper Issues scraplift challenge using the Pink Paislee Fancy Free collection.

But, it has a few too many awesome Studio Fourteen40 products not to share!

So without further ado, here's my layout....

"PLAY"

Told you it was awesome! And so much Studio Fourteen40 fabulousness here too!

You'll spy flair from the Hello Sunshine collection, wood veneer stars & even those glitter foam cut glasses!

Let's take a closer look.....

Today was awesome indeed!

How terrific is that flair button?!!! LOVE it! So bright, bold and happy - perfect for my cheeky monkey ;)

The veneer stars are almost like scatter sequins, but cooler! They are beautifully cut and there's so many of them in the packet that you'll be able to use them on multiple projects!

And how about those Foam Cut: Spunky Specs in green?! These are such a playful embellishment and work so well with my layout.......

Apart from being super cool, my fave feature of these delicate cut glasses is that they're stickers - so no messy glue required to attach them! Making crafting even easier!

Fancy Free & Flair Love!!!

Hi Happy Arty Days Friends!

Welcome back for a lil Fancy Free & Flair button inspiration!

Have you ever noticed how gorgeously crafted Studio Fourteen40 flair really are?

Well I have, and I am absolutely blown away!  Not only by the quality, but by the versatility of the designs too!

I was lucky enough to get my hands on a few of the Pink Paislee, Fancy Free papers -

but really needed some embellishments to make my layouts 'pop'.

Needless to say, Studio Fourteen40 came to my rescue! As the flair are just so beautifully designed they worked a treat with this fun, fresh, and happy collection.

But enough chatter on it - here's my layout,

"BEST"

I know, how fun huh?! This page really is all about the 'best' moments shared! Fun, laughter and lots of happy memories. And WOW! just look at those flair....

You'll notice that I have mixed three very different collections, but they all partner so perfectly together!

For this layout I have combined flair from the following collections...

Confetti - Set 5

Hello Sunshine - Set 1

Shine On - Set 1 (Teal)

And don't they look aahmazing with that STUNNING pattern paper?!!!

 

And that Teal foil flair is just beautiful on that teal glitter heart shape! Love it!

I also should mention that I've not only used some super pretty flair, but also some Disco Fever Gems and those fabulous lime Stuck On You alphas!!! A staple favourite of mine - check them out...

Yep. Love them! 

And truly, these embellishments (just like my photo & memory) are the BEST!!!

Snapshots Scrapbook: LOVE

Hi Lovelies!

I am so super-dee-super excited to be sharing my first layout created with the brand NEW

Snapshots Digital Scrapbook Collection by Ashley Horton

This collection is so bright, fun and perfect for everyday memory keeping! 

Here's my 'everyday' moment layout, 

"LOVE"

I know, awesomeness right?!! This collection screams ME all over it!

Told you it was bright and contemporary! Loving it!

There are so many fun elements here,

& I had such a blast printing, snipping and arranging them to suit my two darlings!

Yes, you read correctly - printing them! 

You see, Ashley is such a clever lady - this is a digital scrapbook collection that you download, and print yourself. Meaning you can adjust all papers, journal cards, ephemera to suit your size and needs. Got a favourite paper? 

Then hey, don't be shy! Use it and print more!

For the first time ever I was able to use a Cut Apart Sheet as a photo matte without worrying about wastage or having to buy more - & I love how it turned out! 

I also printed the full size 12inch  patterned papers in a tiny 4 x 4cm size to layer with my instagram size photo. Um, hello?! This is genius!!! 

 No more hoarding those pretty papers, and no physical storage of it either. 

Minimalist me is very happy about this ;) 

Anyways, enough chit chat - let's take some closer views of this stunning page...

So COOL! I am just so excited by these pop colours! Fun, fun, fun!

I must mention I did use some items from my own stash to create this page too....

American Crafts: Cardstock-White

Typo: Printed Veneer Shapes

& naturally, I just had to add a lil Studio Fourteen40 awesome to the layout too!

Studio Fourteen40: Foil Flair & Bits Of Glitz: Disco Gems

But that's it!

Everything else I printed straight from the Snapshots Digital Scrapbook Collection.

I love the bold, geometric patterns in this range, & I incorporated the triangles into my embellishing too....

That Foil Flair really does partner perfectly with Snapshots!

As I didn't have to be soooo paper savvy (cos hey, I can print as much as I want, right?!)I've layered a quite a few different elements; journal cards, ephemera, cut aparts, and patterned papers to create my fun, fresh look!

I know, that unicorn veneer is adorable!!!! Just adds to the playfulness of this layout. 

You can see by my close up shots how easy it will be to create a whole different look just by re-sizing the embellishment elements. 

& if you're lucky enough to own a silhouette cameo - how incredibly awesome would the ephemera be as stickers?!!! 

Snapshots is truly so versatile!

Studio Fourteen40: Sweet

Hi Creative Friends!

 I've been having lots of fun creating with the new

Hello Sunshine collection from Studio Fourteen40

Inspired by the recent Dear Lizzy visits to Spotlight, 

I'm stash busting from my endless paper supply ;)

Here's what I came up with...

'Sweet'

I know, how citrus sweet! Such a fun, bright page! Exactly what Hello Sunshine is all about; celebrating those happy-go-lucky moments in life!

Those new flair are just toooooo awesome for words! LOVE!!!

I've also teamed up the Hello Sunshine collection with some Bits of Glitz and those fabulous

Rounded Pine Lime Alphas too!

And that divine pattern paper, well that's Dear Lizzy! (mainly because despite her recent tour, this paper was as close as I could get to seeing her :(  insert sulking here. ) & this paper, well it just partners perfectly with Hello Sunshine!

And I can't buy more, unless I scrap my stash, right? LOL!

How cute is that confetti flair?! 

Just adore that simple, but oh-so-fun design!

 I've featured 2 from the following set..

You'll also note that I cut up a Hello Sunshine: Label,'Love this moment' to form a subtitle. And nothing like some sparkly Bits of Glitz: Disco Gems to bling it all together ;)

Another of those gorgeous Hello Sunshine flairs! But how cool are my photo mattes?!

I've layered the Helllo Sunshine: A Few Words and Hello Sunshine: Use Your Words {Laugh}  as an alternate to patterned paper - such a cool effect and really draws you into my sweet photograph! The contrast of the blue against those warm tropical colours is so contemporary & fresh - love it!!!

I'm also loving those Pine Lime Alphas!!! Check them out....

Big titles say it all!!! Love the modern font, & the lime colour couldn't be any better suited for the Hello Sunshine collection! So cool!

Studio Fourteen40: Pastel Pretty!

Hi Everyone! 

Welcome back for a lil more Studio Fourteen40 goodness!

I have a couple of  super sweet, pastel, feminine pages to share with you today....

"PRETTY"

I think the title sums it up perfectly, don't you think? PRETTY indeed!

I've actually been scrapping my paper stash to make way for more pretty things - but using up scraps never looked so good! It truly is those fabulous Studio Fourteen40 adornments & title that take this layout to beyond the scraps!

Let's take a closer look....

Aren't those Alphas simply amazing?! They're actually one of my all-time favourite Studio Fourteen40 products. They are easy to apply, and they look fabulous! I've used the hand drawn Coral - but the rounded pine lime are just as awesome!

You'll find them here in the shop.

And as usual, how incredible are those flair?!! I am a bit of a flair junkie & the soft, pastel ones are just too easy to embellish with. I've used the Confetti Collection - Set 5 - perfect for soft, delicate girly pages!

Here's another look at those flair - love them!

I really do love these pretty flair, they really do compliment my pastel patterned papers perfectly!

You'll also spy some gorgeous Charms Creations Clouds and handcoloured crochet Doilies there too - beautiful!

& for finishing touches, who can go past the Bits of Glitz - Gems?!

These are stunning lil embellishments that really do add that special touch!

The second layout I am sharing with you today is one I created at an online crop - so you may have seen it - but it's just too lovely not to take a closer look at ;)

"How Sweet It Is"

I know - gorgeous, huh? A truly beautiful moment to capture & scrap!

That stunning paper collection is 'Felicity' from Pinkfresh Studio & the colours are just perfect for partnering with Studio Fourteen40 flair! Let's take a closer peak....

Oh how I love pretty flair! And both the Gelato & Lovely collections are made for sweet pages like this!

I've used the green 'lovely' flair - Set 2 from the lovely collection

& you'll notice that I popped a little cotton thread under the button to add more interest...

I also used the multicoloured flair from Set 2 of the Gelato collection

 

which is also 'dressed' with a little cotton and some sweet die cut ephemera. Love it!

 Another super sweet, pastel page that is made complete with Studio Fourteen40 embellishments!

& just incase you're over all that sweetness - here's a more vibrant, contemporary layout...

"Remember"

Stash busting again & using negative space as an interest point. But again, the star of the layout (apart from my gorgeous Miss) is that fabulous foil flair! I mean, does it get any better than foil flair?!! WOW!

Oh Hey Baby!

Hi Happy Arty Days Friends!

Welcome back for more creative inspiration!

Today I am sharing this beautiful baby boy page featuring two of my favourite embellishment companies - Imaginarium Designs chipboard & Studio 1440.

I know, how darling is he?! Such a sweet bubby boy!

And how delicate and pretty is the page too?

The chipboard is just stunning, huh?!! That heart gets me everytime! I chose to emboss mine in white gloss; same as my gorgeous title 'Little Treasure'. The results speak for themselves!

But, I also used lots of Studio Fourteen40 yummies & that's what I'd like to share with you today!

Starting with THOSE flair....

Aren't they just so Awesome!

They form part of the Oh Baby collection and are just perfect for all our baby albums! I love the sweet designs; I've used two flair from the set - but they also come in lemon & baby pink too! Love it!

But it isn't just pretty flair on this lovely layout; check out the file tabs and cutz too....

And let's not forget those baby blue "Use Your Words" strips!

I used mine as an alternative to a washi tape trim on the top and bottom of my layout - so cute! The words are the sweetest and work perfectly for all our baby memories!
