Kaisercraft Wanderlust Collection

Hi everyone!

Thanks for stopping by to take a peak at my creations

using the fabulous new travel collection from

Kaisecraft!

Introducing.....

Wanderlust

This paper is PERFECT for all those holiday memoirs!

But, as you'll see from my layouts below it's also pretty versatile.....

First up, I am sharing a travel page,

"We are Here: Paris" layout

Isn't this awesome?!!! So very cool!

(& my DREAM destination!)

Love the old airmail style pattern paper & that Wooden Flourish is the perfect embellishment.

The title, 'we are HERE', is actually a cut up Capture Card

& 'PARIS' is Kaisercraft Alphas in Ivory.

"Bon Voyage" Card

I know, how stunning is that RubOn?!

Cute collectables adorn the card & make it a real special 'bon voyage' indeed!

But I did say, Wanderlust is really versatile & not just for the travel scrappers....

So here's my newborn page using this collection,

"The World is a Beautiful Place" layout

SO sweet! Love this lil guy!

The airplanes theme, combined with the blue /olive colour palette work so perfectly here.

Here's another one that isn't in the travel theme,

"Remember This" layout

Again, my Mister A for Awesome!

He really is the sweetest lil person!

Using that same palette & lots of collectables;

you wouldn't even know it was travel paper!

So cool!

Couture Creations 2015/16 Design Team Call!

Hi everyone!

For those of you that visit here often, you'll know that

Couture Creations was my first ever Design Team

that I just love and adore their products!

I have had the most amazing experience on this DT & am a little sad to say goodbye.....

(Just not enough hours in my days to keep creating all those

awesome tutorials that we love so much!)

But, on the upside......

Couture Creations are now looking to select a new DT for 2015/16!

This is super exciting news for all you fellow crafters out there!

Here are all the details for you to apply.....

Do you love creating with Couture Creations Embossing Folders and Dies?

Do you love creating fun and innovative projects?

Do you have an active blog?

Are you active on Social Media?

Do you take fabulous photographs and write great steps by step instructions?

If you said YES to all of the above we would love you to apply join our 2015 Design Team …we are looking for a new Design Team to represent our brand with fabulous projects that make Couture Creations products the star of the show.

If you think you have what we are looking for then please apply.

If you are successful your commitment to our Design Team will be for a
FULL 12 MONTHS and will run from April 2015 through to March 2016.

Benefits to you for being on our team include

Receive a generous starter kit filled with Couture Creations products including tools and adhesives.
Receive Couture Creations new releases before they are released
Product from other companies that we will be partnering with throughout the year.
Exposure on our blog and through our International Distributors.
Exposure in our Creative Inspiration Magazine (this is our FREE Magazine that goes to all stores stocking our products internationally and is also available online)
Have your projects displayed at Craft Shows including CHA
Possible Teaching opportunities.

What we require from you;

A FULL 12 MONTH COMMITMENT

with

2 posts per month posted on our blog with step by step instructions, product list and photos. These can be Layouts, Cards, Mini Albums, Off the Page or Home Décor projects, you can mix it up or do what you are most comfortable doing. (You will need to send through the HTML code for your blog posts by the 1st of each month)

4 Projects with full product list (and if needed step by steps) for our Creative Inspiration Bi Monthly Magazine, these will need to be posted to us to be professionally photographed. (so 4 projects every two months for the magazine)

Take part in Blog Hops with our partnering companies.

In the lead up to CHA we will ask for extra projects for display on our stand at CHA.

* Full contact information (name, address, contact number, email address, web/blog address)
* Tell us a little bit about yourself and what you think are your design strengths
* Tell us why you would enjoy being part of our design team
* Let us know if you have been on or are now in any other design teams.
* On your blog, create a post including a minimum of 5 projects that you have created using Embossing Folders and Decorative Dies preferably using Couture Creations products, this way we can see how creative you are with our products. If not Couture Creations products please make sure you do use embossing folders and or decorative dies in your projects we want to see how creative you are using these product lines.

***You must send a direct link to your audition post in your email to us.
*They do not have to be new projects but we will also be looking at your photography skills as well as tutorials on your blog.

Title the post “Couture Creations 2015 Design Team Audition”

(You must have an online presence to audition for our design team)

We ask that our designers have a dedication to our brand and would like applicants to NOT be serving on more than 3 design teams and on no design teams that have similar products to us for the duration of your term.

Depending on how many entrants we have we may also introduce a final round, but entrants from this first round will be chosen by the 22nd Feb 2015 and notified via email..

Due to tight deadlines this year our design team call this year is open to Australian Designers only.

We will announce our 2015 Design Team on the 1st March.

Cocoa Vanilla Studio DT announcement!!!

Living In Colour with Imaginarium Designs

Hi my chipboard lovelies!
Welcome back for more chipboard yumminess!

Today I am sharing some incredibly colourful creations with you!

During a recent scrap stash clean out - you know - the one where you find all those awesome paper collections you so desperately needed and then hid away?

Well, during one of those moments,

I came across a fabulous collection (or three) of Amy Tangerine papers -

I know, what a find!!!

& it reminded me of all those luscious, vibrant layouts I had planned....

So, here's the start of my life, Living in Colour!

"You Are My Everything" layout

I know - some serious colour & chipboard love!!!

It's like a rainbow confetti chipboard convention going on,

but oh me, oh my, I LOVE it!

I collaged the clouds in a cute newsprint paper

& left the honeycomb background natural just to balance all that colour.

The background is a combination of gesso, 50s Diner Gelatos,

Glitzin' Glamour glitter & the odd sequin.

And how sweet is my not-so-baby girl? She truly is my everything!

How sweet is that saffron yellow flourish?

& I just adore those black gesso treated arrows - too cute!

I used black gesso on my title and phrase chipboards too......

I had so much fun creating this page!

This photo is an oldy that I've been going to scrap for ages now,

I'm so glad I finally did! I can't believe how little my two look here!

Time really does fly - so be sure to scrap your Happy Days too!

I am totally loving the vibrancy!

As Valentine's Day is less than 2 weeks away,

my final creation is a fresh, contemporary & super fun LOVE card!

I know - more cute colour - but isn't it fun?!!

To balance all that colour, I've drawn a black pen ink border on my kraft card base

& then repeated this on my 'raw' frame chipboard.

The result is a fresh and contemporary look - Love this!

Hope it inspires you to create a lil something for the special someone in your life!
