Hi my chippie lovelies!
Welcome back for more Imaginarium Designs awesomeness!
Today I am sharing two very bright and colourful layouts that not only reflect my style but also the subjects in the pages created.
My first page is all about my gorgeous daughter, the lovely Miss M.......
"Lovely, Sweet, Beautiful"
Yep, there's no denying my Miss is nothing short of lovely, sweet & beautiful!
She is an amazing young lady - with so many intricate layers to her!
She is colour & plenty of it!
But, there's a softness to her (the powdery ombre shades on the chipboard)
She is elegance - roses and blooms,
but she's grounded (the rusted birdcages, staples and unfinished sewn edge)
She is a serious soul (just take a look at that pic!) but she's playful too (the sequins and gemstones)
And lastly, she is a song as sweet as any bird
& has a golden touch (or two)!
Let's take a look at the chipboard which compliments my darling.....

I love this!
I've combined the two feathers, intricate doily & small birdcage to create an almost dream catcher embellishment - another characteristic of my daughter (Big Dreamer).
I've also used softened chalk ink in similar shades to create an ombre look on the chipboard.
Here's another look at it....
It really is a gorgeous adornment to the layout!
And the gemstone in the centre just completes the femininity of it all!
To contrast all that girly prettiness, I'ved used a vintage rust ink on my birdcages & titles.
I coated the larger Kate Doily chipboard in Glitzin Glamour: Crystallina just to add a lil more attention the photo too.
SO pretty!
So now you've met my lovely daughter - she truly lights up my world - and is the reason I got started scrapping in the first place!
Time to meet my handsome lil man now....drumroll, please!
Introducing Master A for Awesome!
"2 Awesome"
Um, yep - Totally Awesome!!!
He's two and has got it all going on!
This little guy is just the funniest, most adorable person you'll ever meet!
He's such a charismatic, bright, happy lil fellow & has so much joy to share.
So naturally, a vibrant and cool palette for a very cool lil man!
I chose the geometric pattern of triangles (3 sided shape) for this page because apart from Master A being really into learning his shapes right now, he'll also be 3 in July.
Those fantastic patterned papers & stickers are from Cocoa Vanilla Studio,
and the triangles template and texture stamp are from Kaisercraft. Both worked perfectly with those awesome Imaginarium Designs chipboard triangles!
Let's take a closer look.........
I know, this is so cool!
The chippie triangles are 3 shades of a powdered aqua ink, and just look incredible!
Lots of messy, splatter fun in varying shades of blue paint too - because he is messy, fun and just beginning to reveal his depth of character.
To highlight the 'here & now' I added Glossy Accents to the marker & number 2.
The script words are in a dark brown ink and describe my lovely boy.
Except for the feature title, "awesome"
which I have inked in cool red and coated in Glossy Accents.
The result is a fresh, contemporary, bright, bold page that screams FUN!
That's my boy!
Thanks for viewing my creations!
They hopefully give a little more insight into my style;
fun, colourful but also very thoughtful and reflective memory keeping.
Happy Arty Days,
Amanda xo
